Adorable pets up for adoption this week

SANDTON - The Sandton SPCA needs loving homes to take in some of their adorable pets this week.

The organisation is appealing to community members to adopt a pet but advises that all adoptions will involve a home inspection by the organisation. Additionally, members will have to pay for vaccination, de-worming and sterilisation of the animal, which are all compulsory.

The SPCA is looking for homes for the following adorable pets:

  •  Bonita, a two-year-old female cross-breed, was found unwanted and is described as very friendly
  •  Another pet in need of a loving home this week is Jamie, a four-month-old female cross-breed. She was found unwanted and is described as playful
  •  Two more cross-breeds in need of loving homes are Leila and Johnny. Leila is a seven-month-old playful male who was found unwanted; while Johnny is an eight-month-old male who was found as a stray
  •  Jabloo Shalom, a black and white domestic short-haired male cat, is also up for adoption and was found unwanted. Jabloo is seven months old and is described as very affectionate
  •  Last, but not least, the SPCA needs a loving home for Cosmos, a domestic short-haired female ginger or tabby. She is six months old and is described as affectionate. She was found unwanted.
