Spokesperson for Sandton police, Warrant Officer Moses Maphakela, said the suspects will appear at the Randburg Magistrates’ Court again on 30 September. The case was postponed for further investigation.
He said one of the suspects was given R3 000 bail. “Three of the minors were handed back into the care of their parents because they are underage, but they will also appear in court again on 30 September,” said Maphakela.
“One suspect was refused bail and another one did not apply for bail.”
