Find out who your true Facebook friends are

JOBURG - WhatsApp recently brought the public the technology which allows users to see who has read their messages – and furthermore, who is ignoring them.

Now it’s Facebook which is allowing its users to delve deeper into the intentions of their friends by letting users view all the people who have unfriended them on the social media platform.

Society is in a place where each person’s self-worth is based on the number of followers they have versus the number of people they are following.

Many people find themselves frazzled and upset when a friend or follower removes them from their database, and previously the only way to find out who it was that unfriended you was to keep a written record of who you had on Facebook.

Now, Facebook is offering users a plug-in application that can be run in conjunction with a Facebook account which allows you to keep a track of people on your social media account under the categories, New, Deleted You, You Deleted, Current and Deactivated.

This app has been aptly – and unimaginatively – named Who Deleted Me On Facebook.

It will allow you to see who has deleted you off Facebook from the moment you’ve installed the app, but will not allow you to view past users who have given you the boot.
