Zomato has provided much-needed services to their users including allowing them to access reviews on various restaurants.
Uber’s application also provides much-needed services, exceeding their transportation by also mapping out your route before your cab arrives and even sending you a picture of your driver – providing the utmost of safety for its users.
With the aim of providing an enhanced experience to diners, Zomato users can now book a cab to any of the restaurants listed on the app.
Once a user has found a place to dine or have drinks using the Zomato app, a single tap on the Uber button on the restaurant page will allow them to find the nearest Uber.
In addition to seeing the estimated fare and how long it will take for the Uber to arrive, one will also be able to choose the Uber service that best suits one’s need.
Uber and Zomato are not only providing this service for South Africans, but also globally across 13 countries.
The feature went live for South African and London users on 23 April.
