Business gives back to the community

HYDE PARK - In appreciation for having survived over two decades in a difficult business market, a businesswoman pays her success forward.

Nelia Annandale, founder of children’s clothing boutique Keedo Kids, recently shared tips about her successful business with guests at Southern Sun Hyde Park.

She has partnered with media personality, author of modernmommy.co.za blog and entrepreneur, Jo-Ann Strauss, to pay it forward to the children of South Africa.

“Having my own little miracle early last year inspired me to take action for a cause that is very close to my heart,” said Strauss. As a result, Keedo launched the innovative Little Miracle Babygrow range, featuring grows that zip open completely, making feeding and changing much easier for busy, multi-tasking moms.

“With each grow sold, Keedo is enabled to provide a warm meal for six disadvantaged children,” explained Annandale. “The range supports the company’s ongoing Let them Grow project.”

Annandale added, “As we consider all of the blessings we have received over the years, we feel honoured to be able to give back to the communities that we serve. The miracle grows and the Let them Grow project that was launched last year stands as signs of our commitment to making a difference in the lives of South African children.”
