The boys have joined the knitting challenge in aid of the 67 Blankets for Nelson Mandela Day school challenge. “To date we have completed a total of 55 blankets and there are still more coming in,” said Carey Fisher-Gietzman of the school. “This has been an amazing campaign to watch as the community has come together to knit blankets – boys, staff, and whole families extending far and wide.,”
With Nelson Mandela Day three months away, the school is way ahead and hoping to produce more blankets for the challenge.
