Liebenberg tweeted that she and her family were followed home from a shopping centre and held up in their driveway by three armed men who were driving a Mercedes Benz with the registration BM 49PW.
It has been confirmed that the incident did indeed take place and though the family is traumatised, no one was hurt during the ordeal.

Liebenberg explained that she was enjoying a family lunch with her daughter, who turned one today, and that they were “shaken and stirred, but grateful”.
