Warrant Officer Moses Maphakela, spokesperson for the Bramley police said the man alleged that his silver Honda Civic’s bonnet was damaged by the complex’s chairperson.
“The chairman followed the man after he took the photo,” explained Maphakela. “The chairman approached the man shouting, screaming and swearing, then he banged on the bonnet with his fist.”
Maphakela said the man was frightened and pulled out his stun gun while alighting from his car. “The chairman then quickly got into his car and drove away,” said Maphakela.
The man opened a case of malicious damage to property with the Bramley police.
No arrest was made.
