Pabi Moloi: Woman on top

SANDTON - Radio and TV personality, and Rivonia resident, Pabi Moloi is doing it for the girls this International Women’s Month.

She will be a guest host for TRACE Sports Stars for the month of March to celebrate International Women’s Month. The Power Fm radio host is known for her bubbly voice and personality. She is one of the most in-demand presenters in South Africa today.

“In the sporting world, it’s so good to have role models of all different shapes and sizes with different strengths and abilities,” she said. “In the TV and radio world that I come from, we often see the same thing so as soon as we put more women in the forefront, it will be immensely inspiring for other women to break out of their shells and succeed.”

Moloi is excited and honoured to host the sports show during International Women’s Month. “International Women’s Month strives to level the playing fields behind the scenes to make all of our female athlete’s as prominent as other athletes,” she explained. When Moloi is not behind the mic hosting her radio show or on our TV screens doing what she does best as a presenter, she enjoys playing a little sport of her own by engaging in hiking and boxing.

“I admire all sportspeople, from sprinters to ice skaters to team sport competitors,” she said. Moloi loves how sports teaches people to compete fairly. “Sportspeople’s work ethic and determination are incredibly inspiring,” she added.

Moloi is looking forward to celebrating Girl Power Month on TRACE Sports Stars. Girl power to her means celebrating the essence of women’s femininity. “Girl power is living confidently,” she said.
