ANC viral party pics are fake
JOBURG - After a flurry of social media comments surrounding a picture of leaked credit card slips at an ANC 103rd birthday party on 11 January, however, according to reports the images are fake.
The image, which shows a number of bills of large amounts, some as high as almost R129 000, surfaced on 18 January and were attributed to a “crazy night out” in Cape Town on 11 January.

But according to reports, the actual source of the images was from the instagram account of DJ Fistaz Mixwell posted on 12 January. Mixwell’s manager, Diablo, confirmed with Channel24 that the photo is from a night out at The Sands Night Club in Sandton and has nothing to do with the ANC.
