Cell C banner revamped once again

The banner, which was vandalised following its first revamp, still labels the company as a useless service provider but has removed the additional writing and the details of the Sandton City store manager.

According to Mybroadband, the revamped banner went up on 25 November and this follows a failed court bid by Cell C to have it removed from the mall and an order by the City of Johannesburg for the banner to be removed.

The city issued the contravention notice last week to the property owner to remove the banner within seven days, failing which the matter would be taken to court. More updates to follow.
