Sad loss for community

It is with sad hearts that we inform the Brescia House community of the passing of our beloved Father Michael.
Father Michael passed away peacefully in hospital on 22 June having battled a severe lung infection for several weeks. He was surrounded by those who loved him.
Father Michael has touched the lives of so many families at Brescia House School through his guidance and serene presence at many baptisms, Holy Communion and Confirmation services for our Brescia House girls. He has always been a loving fatherly figure at our school Masses and nothing was ever too much trouble for him in his assistance of the Brescia House staff members.
Brescia House School will dedicate a Mass to Father Michel after the midterm break and an invitation to this Mass will be sent to Brescia House families. Parents and girls are also invited to spend private time in the school chapel where the messages for Father Michael and the Bryanston Parish community may be left.
