Dinosaurs alive and well in Sandton

SANDTON - The loud chorus of roaring dinosaurs vibrating through the floorboards is enough to make you think you are walking through a real life Jurassic Park.

The dimly-lit exhibits at the Days of the Dinosaur: The Exhibition, showcases life-size dinosaurs in their ‘natural’ environment. The creatures move and groan, interacting with the public as though they genuinely understand the palpable excitement.

Exhibition goers can look forward to seeing a total of 45 animatronic dinosaurs, some grazing in the field, others feasting on their counterparts.

In awe… Owethu Zwane poses with the Big one!

The exhibition has been designed to be entertaining to the masses and thoroughly educational. There is a wealth of knowledge available including the animals names, diet and habitat.

After walking though the exhibition and enjoying the Dino population brought back to life, a 3D movie shows the history of the earth from pre-dinosaur times.
