Top Billing presenter Jonathan Boynton-Lee will host the special day and acknowledge all the women instrumental in giving life.
The garden party will be a celebration for all mothers. Breakfast starts the day and will be followed by a children’s talent show.
There will be two prize giveaways where lucky moms have the opportunity for mini makeovers, and then lunch will be served. Radio DJ Pearl Thusi, blogger and fashion stylist Jerri Mokgofe, Tresemmè/Motions Celeb stylist Matthew Mansoor and People Magazine fashion editor Suzy Mukendi are all scheduled to give talks throughout the day.
Beauty and pampering sessions will be available outdoors to moms, and two fashion shows will be presented featuring top South African designers. A play and entertainment space has been allocated for the children and a ‘man cave’ for the men.
All proceeds go to Princess Alice Adoption Home.
The garden party takes place between 9am and 6pm at La Vie En Rose Restaurant, 48 Melville Rd, Illovo.
