Sales intern shines at Caxton cadet school

SANDTON - Two months into her internship Thulisile Nkambule is already making her mark in the sales department.

The recent graduate was recently named one of the top two percent sales cadets achievers at the Caxton cadet school.

The ambitious young woman, a recent graduate of the Midrand Graduate Institute said that hard work has always been her ethos and it has assisted her to achieve her position.

“I honestly did not expect the honour but I did expect the good results because I know that I worked hard for them,” Nkambule said. She added that beginning her training at the Caxton Johannesburg North office helped her to prepare for future.

She was at the school for three weeks and said that it was a gruelling experience that nonetheless provided her with good training.

“The fact that we had trainers who were really helpful was great because they gave us more insight into the world of sales,” she added.

Thuli hopes to continue growing and learning more during her time at Caxton. She also added that given the opportunity, she would remain with the company while carving her name in the marketing industry.

Her main focus for the remainder of her internship is to work as hard as possible and “keep top position I got”.

Thuli is a sales cadet and her internship began in February 2014 and will run for a year. She recently completed her BCom Marketing degree and is based at the Caxton Johannesburg North office.
