Excellent matric results for Crawford Sandton

THE release of the matric results is a highlight on the calendar at Crawford Schools and this year was no different.

Crawford College Sandton achieved excellent matric results, and were proud of their pupils’ achievements. The school had 142 candidates who all achieved bachelors degree passes.

Victor Gueorguiev and Eran Shorer obtained 10 distinctions each in their final exams. Gueorguiev plans to study a BSc in computer engineering and economics, while Shorer wishes to pursue medicine or biomedical or chemical engineering. They both want to either study abroad or at the University of Cape Town. Fellow pupils Michael Metlitzky, Nobuhle Ndhlovu, Wessel Nolte, Kiana Padiachy and Adam Setzer received nine distinctions each. Eight distinctions were awarded to Kathryn Geere, Shannon Imray, Nitisha Makanjee, Andrea Rolle, Vivienne Schmidt, Ashley Breckon, Seth Gottlich, Nicole Henning, Yin-Yin Hsu and Alexa Leach. Daniella Goncalves, Muhammad Seedat, Lloyd Smith, Maya Sudarkasa, Lerato Teffo, ChloƩ von Widdern, Tayla Wilson, Susanna Yang, and Zekkun Zhang all earned seven distinctions each.

The school thanked all the pupils for their dedication and hard work, and congratulated them on their great results.
