Lacuna Bistro and Bar at the Maslow Hotel on Rivonia Road hosts a weekly Sunday gourmet braai from 1pm to 5pm on their outside patio.
Surrounded by the hotel garden and pool deck, with live music streaming throughout the afternoon, Sundays in summer can be well spent.
The menu includes an array of salads, grilled meats and pots, as well as desserts and a cocktail on entry.
Guests can anticipate dishes such as caramelised onion tarts with blue cheese and pear, Texan-style charred brisket and black forest Swiss roll, all of which are self-served on their buffet table.
