Bryanston models impress at local event

BRYANSTON – 62 models from the Bryanston Figures branch qualified for the Figures National Student Model of the Year SA Finals from 29 November to 1 December.

Figures Model Finesse International Bryanston branch is delighted to have 62 students make it through to the National Student Model of the Year Finals following a successful regional show hosted at Bryanston High School recently.

The prestigious national modelling competition has been held annually for the past 38 years. Figures Model Finesse International Bryanston branch owner Ryan Vaughn said, “It’s not about winning but participating, building confidence and being part of all the fun and excitement. I am so proud of each student’s hard work and progress throughout the year. You have made your families and me very proud. Good luck to all our finalists who have made it through to the national stage.”

To create a fair competition, models wore standardised outfits for the show at Bryanston High. The girls wore a simple short black dress and shoes of their choice while the boys dressed in smart black pants, black shoes and a light grey golf shirt.
