100 per cent pass rate at Michael Mount

SANDTON – All the Matrics at Michael Mount Waldorf School achieved bachelor degree passes in the recent IEB exams.

The matric class of 2018 at Michael Mount Waldorf School recently upheld a 100 per cent pass rate in the IEB exams.

In addition to the pass rate, 100 per cent of the learners obtained university entrance.

A total of 44 candidates wrote the Independent Examinations Board National Senior Certificate and they achieved 52 distinctions. A 105 of these passes were in the 70 to 79 per cent category.

Some of the notable achievements include Alice McKnight who achieved seven distinctions, Cassia Holtz who achieved six distinctions and Petya Bartosch and Jeremy van der Riet who each achieved five distinctions.

Michael Mount recognises every learner and applauds their individual journeys to this point in their lives.

There have been ups and downs, triumphs and defeats but, at the end of their Waldorf schooling, they go out into the world as well-rounded, creative and independent thinkers ready to contribute to society.

Alice McKnight achieved seven distinctions in the IEB exams.
Petya Bartosch achieved five distinctions.
Jeremy van der Riet achieved five distinctions.
Cassia Holtz achieved six distinctions.
