Dealing with post-divorce parenting

The Family Life Centre is a non-profit organisation based in Rosebank which specialises in family relationships. The organisation will host a course which enables divorced parents to communicate properly.

The course helps participants to develop effective and practical ways of communicating with the other parent, as well helps to develop additional parenting skills that will help your children adapt to the change in the family.

It will be facilitated by Heidi Reynolds, a social worker who has 19 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families.

The main focus in her practice is on families and relationships and includes case management, supervised contact, mediation and facilitation, parenting plans and parental rights as well as responsibilities agreements.
