Developments for Bryanston Market

The famous Bryanston Organic and Natural Market is a heritage brand that has been a leading light in all things organic and natural for 43 years. The market has evolved to now position itself as Bryanston Market at Michael Mount, a place for Conscious Living.

The chief operating officer (COO) of the market, Glenda Moore explained the history of the market and name change. “In 1976, the car park farm stall grew into the Organic Village Market. After a devastating fire in 1988, the market was rebuilt and renamed Michael Mount Organic Market. By the late 1990s ‘organic’ had become mainstream and the name was again changed to Bryanston Organic and Natural Market.”

“However, what has not changed over the years is our promise of openness and honesty with our customers and our dedication to offering quality products that have been sourced and made with integrity.”

Every Thursday and Saturday from 9am to 3pm, the community of Bryanston gather at Bryanston Market at Michael Mount to purchase fresh and healthy produce and they look forward to it.

With the festive season approaching, the market is preparing for their year-end Moonlight Markets. “These markets are a series of evening markets offering carol singing, a children’s theatre and activities, Christmas shopping and lots of delicious food and good music.”
