More dates added to Potts concert
JOBURG - If you were worried about missing Paul Potts and Friends in concert, don't be – an extra show has been added, due to public demand.
Potts, Amira Willighagen and James Bhemgee will now perform three concerts at Montecasino’s Teatro in August.
“The concept of three international TV talent show winners, from different parts of the world, appearing live on stage is unique,” said Mike Fuller of local promoters, Famous Concerts.
“This appealing show format, featuring Potts (Britain’s Got Talent), 10-year-old singing sensation Willighagen (Holland’s Got Talent) and Capetonian Bhemgee (SA’s Got Talent)… has proved to be enormously popular, resulting in an extra concert.”
The singers will be accompanied by the Johannesburg Festival Orchestra, under the baton of internationally acclaimed conductor, Bob Willis.
Paul Potts and Friends will perform from 15 until 17 August at the Teatro, Montecasino, Montecasino Boulevard, Fourways.
