Get ready to be entertained in 2014

DAPHNE Kuhn is proud to present Auto and General Theatre on the Square's line-up for 2014.

She said, “Warm your soul with a feast of local entertainment, loads of music, laughter and drama – all on Nelson Mandela Square at Sandton City.”

The comedy Six Dance Lessons in Six Weeks by Richard Alfierri will be on from 14 January to 9 February. It stars Judy Ditchfield and Jose Domingos, and it is directed by Greg Homann.

Six Dance Lessons In Six Weeks is a comedy about a formidable retired woman, played by Ditchfield, who hires an acerbic dance instructor, played by Domingos, to give her private dance lessons. What begins as an antagonistic relationship blossoms into an intimate friendship as the two, from very different backgrounds, reveal their secrets, fears and joys while doing the swing, tango, waltz, foxtrot, cha-cha, and contemporary dance.

Annual Jazz and Blues Weekend, Volunteer Man, Valentine’s Day Show, Fifty Shades of Bambi, Twilight of the Golds, Monkey Nuts and Vigil are also plays running from January to June.
