He was on his way to deliver food and near the delivery point a man waved at him to stop. Warrant Officer Moses Maphakela, Bramley police spokesperson said the delivery man went closer and the man that stopped him claimed he ordered the food.
“The delivery man stopped and gave him the slip,” he said. “As the man was checking the slip the delivery man went to the back of the motor bike to get the food. The man jumped on the bike and drove off.”
He said the delivery man tried to hold on to the bike but the thief managed to get away. No arrest has been made and the bike has not been recovered. Investigations were underway.
