Watch: ANC Youth League marches to JSE in Sandton seeking employment opportunities

The ANCYL marched to the financial meca of Johannesburg.

The ANC Youth League gathered in their thousands to march from Luthuli House in Joburg CBD to the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) in Sandton.

Despite the blistering heat, members were vibrant with youthful determination as they made their way along Oxford Road to Maude Street in Sandton.

Dressed in white the ANC youth are seeking better employment opportunities

Traffic disruptions

Traffic is expected to slow down towards Maude Street today to accommodate a procession of ANC youth league members marching to the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) in Sandton.

The ANCYL will begin their march at Chief Luthuli House proceeding north to Oxford, ultimately Rivonia, Roads to hand a memorandum over to Deputy Minister of Employment and Labour, Jomo Sibiya.

JMPD will be monitoring the march, and motorists are advised to use alternate routes where necessary.
