Sandton's Maracana Club transformed into a time capsule, drawing RnB lovers into a euphoric celebration of 90s and early 2000s hits.

The Maracana Club in Sandton transformed into a haven for RnB enthusiasts as it hosted Joburg’s largest RnB event of the year, WeloveRnb on July 5.

The night promised a nostalgic journey through the beloved sounds of the early 90s and 2000s, and it delivered beyond expectations, with a sold-out crowd relishing every beat.

Headlined by a stellar lineup of DJs, the event featured 947’s Chrizz Beats who was joined by an array of other top-tier performers. The DJs spun a seamless mix of timeless classics and contemporary hits, creating an electric atmosphere with the crowd dancing and singing all night.

The Maracana Club, known for its vibrant ambience and excellent acoustics, provided the perfect backdrop for this retro celebration. Attendees, dressed in vintage 90s and early 2000s fashion, contributed to the nostalgic vibe, making the event a musical journey and a visual one.
