At the Sandton Hotel on June 11, media people and business owners gathered to learn more about the growing importance of mental health in the workplace.

The manager of the Sandton Spa, Nteboheng Kennedy, said, “Workplace stress is a leading cause of mental health issues, with employees often facing high-pressure environments, tight deadlines, and demanding workloads.”

She added that spa treatments, traditionally seen as luxury indulgences, are now being integrated into corporate wellness programmes as a strategic approach to enhancing mental health.
