Michael Mount Waldorf School shines at the tournaments
Michael Mount Waldorf School volleyball junior girls take gold at the American International School of Johannesburg (AISJ) Volleyball tournament.
The Michael Mount Waldorf School volleyball teams gave their all during the American International School of Johannesburg (AISJ) Senior Tournament on October 6–7.
According to Christina Seuffert, the marketing and communications person at the school, they were exceptionally proud of how their teams represented Michael Mount.
“Congratulations to our junior girls’ team who took gold and our senior girls’ team who took bronze.”
She added volleyball was introduced to the school in 2021 and they have had an incredibly successful second year.
“Our players displayed strong teamwork, passion, and pride in representing the school. Over the course of the year, we have had the privilege of playing at a series of tournaments, and we hold various titles from tournaments at Fourways High, Goliath Cup, Friendship Games, AISJ, and Mafikeng.”
Seuffert concluded by congratulating the players and the special coaches for all they did to support the learners.
