Road closures to be aware of this weekend
Please take note of the following road closures this Sunday, August 6.
Various roads in and around central Sandton will be impacted in light of the Mercedes AMG A45 launch this Sunday, August 6.
The event is set to start at 09:00 and finish around 18:00
The roads will be closed in order to create a test driving track for the attendees at the launch.
The organisers of the event will start setting up at midnight on Saturday, August 5.
Rivonia Road, Katherine Street and Fifth Street will be closed off on one side and the opposite side will be made a dual lane for both ways of traffic.
Pybus Road will be fully closed for the duration of the event.
Please note that every hour the event organisers will allow people affected by the road closure to enter and exit the building this is mainly for 96 Rivonia Road and 2 Prybus Road.
The roads will be cleared and re-opened by 04:00 on Monday, August 7.
