Ingredients
750 ml Robertson Red Chapel
2 Oranges, juiced
3 Star Aniseed
100 ml Brandy
Method
Squeeze juice from two oranges.
Add bottle of wine, orange juice, star aniseed and brandy in a small pot.
Bring to a boil and simmer for three minutes.
For garnish, add whole star aniseed and a slice of orange to glasses.
