Crawford Sandton embraces Heritage Day

Crawford International Sandton learners came fitted in their best traditional outfits and brought their favourite dishes to share with their class in celebration of Heritage Day.

The Crawford International Sandton campus in Benmore Gardens came alive with colour and good food as learners celebrated Heritage Day on September 23.

Everyone came dressed to impress for Heritage Dress-Up Day.

Learners and teachers bring their favourite traditional snacks to share with everyone.

“Learners from the pre-school to the college arrived at school in their traditional wear and a variety of food from different cultures was enjoyed by all,” said project coordinator Nadia Cooke.

The college campus is alive with colour as everyone embraces Heritage Day.

Learners also took the opportunity to share more about their heritage with their classmates and friends.
