“Stands were decorated by the individual families while the Brescia House School DJ entertained the crowds and kept the vibe going. Celebrity and professional chefs judged the competition,” said Brescia House head of marketing and admissions Helga Bishop.

With celebrity and professional chefs judging each dish, teams made sure to put their best potjie forward. In the end, the Best Potjie award went to The Goodlooks Cooks team, followed by King Protea and The Lambineers.

“It certainly was a family-filled, potjie-perfect day,” concluded Bishop.
