Reader commends Sandton Library for excellent service

Sandton Chronicle reader Katise Mawela praised the hands-on assistance that he received at the Sandton Library. Mawela writes:

Recently, I went to the Sandton Library in search of information. I was assisted by Mr Hombana.

I was struck by Mr Hombana’s dedication and warm personality. He went the extra mile in making sure that I received the information.
It is rare to find such helpfulness, especially in the public sector. Mr Hombana, keep up the good work. Continue to practise batho pele principles.
