Festive fun at Sandton City

SANDTON – The launch was celebrated with phenomenal performances by The Circk acrobatic artists and a group of talented ballet dancers, both of which will be giving performances daily.

It was an afternoon of fun, laughter and all things festive at the launch of Toyland in Sandton City on December 10.

The unique experience, running from December 9 to January 9, invites people of all ages to escape into a magical world of toys.

The launch was celebrated with phenomenal performances by The Circk acrobatic artists and a group of talented ballet dancers, both of which will be performing daily at Toyland.

Other highlights also included an opportunity to meet Santa Claus, who will be stationed at Toyland daily until December 24, and an eye-catching Disney-themed Christmas tree.

The 10-meter tall Christmas tree, decorated with over 400 Disney plush toys, encourages visitors to support the Smile Foundation with a donation, a non-profit that works to improve the quality of life of children with facial conditions.

“We can’t wait to welcome visitors of all ages to Sandton City and look forward to making this holiday even happier,” Sandton City general manager Preston Gaddy.
