SANDTON – According to the newly inducted councillor, it has been another long and uncertain year with Covid-19 and the municipal elections.

Ward 103 councillor Lynda Shackelford would like to wish the Sandton community a safe and well-deserved break this holiday season.

According to the newly inducted councillor, it has been another long and uncertain year with Covid-19 and the municipal elections.

“[For me] 2022 will be [the] year for getting down to the basics, working closely with the community of Ward 103 and getting things done with their support.”

Shackelford replaced former councillor Vincent Earp.

“Wishing you all a blessed festive season, enjoy your well-deserved break with family and friends and for those residents who are going away, ensure your homes are well secured and travel safe,” she concluded.
