947 Ride Joburg participants make their way through Hyde Park
JOBURG – Thousands have taken to the streets of Johannesburg for the 947 Ride Joburg.
947 Ride Joburg is well underway as thousands of cyclists travel across Johannesburg for its 25th edition.
The start and finish of 947 Ride Joburg Road are at FNB Stadium, Johannesburg. A slightly longer route of 97km showcases the city of Johannesburg like never before.
Roads such as Jan Smuts Avenue have been shut down to offer cyclists of all abilities a chance to crush fitness goals in safety.
The Sandton Chronicle and the Rosebank Killarney Gazette was at the Hyde Park section to witness the dedication of the participants.
