Pregnant woman injured in a multiple-vehicle collision

BRYANSTON – The patient sustained mild injuries and was transported to the nearest hospital for further care.


Emer-G-Med responded to a three-vehicle collision on September 29 at around 08:00 on the corner of William Nicol and Ballyclare Drive in Bryanston.

According to Emer-G-Med medic Caitlin Kruger, one vehicle skipped the traffic lights resulting in a pile-up. “Three cars were involved but only one patient who is pregnant sustained moderate injuries and was taken to hospital by Emer-G-med.”

All relevant authorities were on the scene.
