Taxi injures a person waiting for a bus at a bus stop

BRYANSTON – The driver of the taxi was not injured in the accident. 

An adult male waiting at a bus stop has sustained moderate injuries when the driver of a mini-bus taxi lost control crushing a bus stop shelter on the corner of Main Road and William Nicol Drive in Bryanston on the morning of 12 May.

Shawn Herbst from the communication’s office of Netcare 911 said, “The patient was treated on scene for crush injuries and once stabilised was transported by ambulance to the hospital for further care.”

The driver of the taxi was not injured in the accident.
