NOTICE: Planned water interruption to affect Woodmead

WOODMEAD – Residents are encouraged to subscribe to the Joburg Water website or SMS notification service for future alerts on planned and unplanned interruptions.


Joburg Water has alerted Woodmead residents of a planned water interruption scheduled for 29 April.

According to the City entity, the interruption will allow for the team to connect the new 110mm water pipe. This will result in a total loss of water between 8am on 29 April to 5am on the same day.

Residents are encouraged to subscribe to the Joburg Water website or SMS notification service for future alerts on planned and unplanned interruptions. More information can be found on the entity’s Twitter page here.
