All smiles at Bryanston Market reopening

BRYANSTON – The Bryanston Market reopened to the public on 14 January.

A warm and vibrant sense of community was apparent in the air on 14 January for the first Bryanston Market day of the year.

The market and its wide variety of vendors welcomed the community for a day filled with laughter, good food and music and one of a kind crafts.

Head of operations at the market Glenda Moore said all of the vendors were extremely excited to be back and trading again. “It is wonderful to see the market come alive once again.”

The market continues to adapt to create a safe environment for the community following all of the Covid-19 regulations. “Our market was established in 1976 so we’ve pretty much seen it all. Except for a pandemic, this is a first for most of us and we’ve had to adapt,” she said.

Come along and have some fun with your mask on, the market is open every Thursday and Saturday from 9am to 3pm. There is free parking and entry.
