Bryanston High welcomes Class of 2020

BRYANSTON – The learners are eager to get back to a sense of normality.

All systems were a go at Bryanston High School this morning (1 June) as the school welcomed its Grade 12 learners.

Learners returned to their classrooms after over two months of online learning.

According to teacher and Grade head Tamsyn Lobban, the learners are eager to get back to a sense of normality.

“They have missed coming to school and to help the transition we will be giving them a few treats this week just to give something to look forward to,” she said.

Lobban added that the school made the temporary decision to allow learners to come dressed in casual attire so that they are not repeatedly wearing the same items of clothing every day.

“It just contributes to the safety of the learners,” Lobban said.
