Sunrise fiesta takes Parkmore

PARKMORE – Secret Sunrise brought the Mexican fiesta to the Sandton Sports Club.

Friends, families and strangers all came to together under one roof for the ultimate secret silent dance party.

Secret Sunrise brought the excitement to the Sandton Sports Club with a silent morning dance session on 15 March.

Secret Sunrise is a global community known for celebrating life through the power of music movement and connection with the ultimate aim of sharing positivity.

Dance and fitness instructors Micheal Julius and Mika Stefano utilised a combination of meditation techniques and ecstatic dance moves to get the more than 50 attendees pumped up and ready to put their best foot forward.

The dancers were provided with an hour-long escape from reality as they got lost in the music. “It’s not like anything you have done before,” Stefano said.

The sunrise crew often host mornings in the area at Workshop17, Bryanston Organic and Natural Market as well as at Jackson’s Real Food Market.
