JRA is aware of the Find and Fix app issues
JOBURG – Joburg residents have taken to Twitter to air their frustrations over the JRA app.
Johannesburg residents who have tried to log potholes, faulty traffic light faults and more on the Johannesburg Roads Agency (JRA) Find and Fix app, have had issues for the past couple days.
One resident tweeted that they have had difficulties with the mobile app and been unable to register an account. JRA responded that the app is giving a lot of people issues and that their IT department is working on it.

Try logging anything with JRA and they just ignore my tweets! Their app isn’t working and some of our roads are undriveable!!! Montrose rd near Northgate is full of huge potholes

Residents can log in their faults on the hotline@jra.org.za and use the Twitter account to communicate with the JRA.
