Three suspects sought by police following an armed robbery in Bryanston

BRYANSTON – The three armed suspects made off with a range of valuable items and a firearm.


Three suspects are being sought by the Sandton Police Station following a house robbery on Mount Street in Bryanston.

Captain Granville Meyer, the spokesperson for the Sandton Police Station, said that three men were wearing balaclavas and were armed with pistols.

According to Meyer, the men ambushed the domestic worker, who was the only person home at the time. The suspects made off with items including a TV, cameras, a Rolex watch and the homeowner’s firearm. The domestic worker was unharmed.

Meyer added that the suspects travelled to the property in a white Nissan NP200, however, when the licence plate details were checked they found that the licence plate belongs to a Volkswagen.

Meyer added that if any person has any details about the incident, they should contact Crimeline on 32211.
