Brescia House shares fantastic sports results #SchoolSport

BRYANSTON – Learners at Brescia House School excelled at diving and orienteering this past week.


Learners of Brescia House in Morningside excelled in orienteering and diving this past week.

In orienteering, Brescia House got off to a great start in the orienteering league at Helpmekaar, taking first place in the senior and junior girls’ events. Sarah Everett and Sarah Wimberley respectively secured these positions for the school. Heather Wimberley, Kierra Theunissen and Theresa Matthews also ran well and were placed in the top 10 out of more than 180 girls competing in these events.

In diving, Brescia House girls took part in a diving competition hosted by Roedean School. The girls excelled with Kate McLeman and Julia Iles placing first in their age groups. Natasha Hultzer, Taryn du Preez and Kelsey du Preez placed second in their age groups and Robyn Crighton placed third in her age group.
