The Sandton SPCA is in need of donations
SANDTON – The Sandton SPCA is very busy during December and requires certain items for animals.
The Sandton SPCA has their busiest time of the year during December and is in need of more donations.
Jaco Pieterse, general manager for the Sandton SPCA, said they do have items in stock to take care of the animals, but they need more during December when they get in a lot more animals.
Pieterse said that the items they need include:
- Dog food
- Puppy food
- Cat food
- Kitten food
- Stainless steel food bowls for dogs and cats as the plastic bowls get chewed
- Blankets
- Toys for both dogs and cats to keep them busy and occupied.
The SPCA needs these items to take care of the animals during the festive period.
