#WATCH: Blue light brigade disrupts traffic on Jan Smuts
SANDTON – A blue light brigade was recently spotted disrupting traffic on Jan Smuts Avenue.
A video has emerged of a blue light brigade disrupting traffic on Jan Smuts Avenue while escorting a high-ranking official.
The video was taken by a motorist on 9 July during rush-hour traffic and it is claimed President Cyril Ramaphoza was in the brigade. Police sirens can be heard at the start of the video and shortly thereafter, around nine vehicles can be seen pushing through traffic.
The brigade was on the wrong side of the road on Jan Smuts Avenue heading towards Hyde Park.
