It was a wonderful sunny day and the cheerleading challenge kicked off the day which got the entire school involved. When the swimming events started it was not long before Grosvenor house started to establish a lead with Leicester and Rutland vying for second place.

Every race was taken seriously by the house leaders, and they ensured there were no empty lanes in the pool, which would have resulted in a zero score for their house.

The day ended with Grosvenor as the overall winners with 505 points, Rutland in second with 451, followed by Leicester with 440 and Marlborough, 319.

Leicester won the spirit cup for their enthusiastic cheering, unwavering house captain participation and cheerleading costumes.
