Bryanston orienteering team rocks Woodmead

BRYANSTON - Some of Bryanston High School’s orienteering stars made their school proud after an incredible performance at the Orienteering Schools League’s Gauteng Schools Relay Championship on 17 April.

 

Hosted at the Woodlands Office Park in Woodmead, three teams from the school participated on the day with Bryanston High School’s mixed team winning the schools mixed team event.

Marketing manager of the school, Lauren Streng said, “We are proud to announce that the Bryanston High School mixed team, consisting of Ian Edwards, captain of orienteering at Bryanston High School, Arminita-Lee Swann and Gareth Edwards, won the schools mixed team event.”

The boys team event was won by Helpmekaar Kollege along with Brescia House School winning the girls team event.
