JOBURG - Luxurious launch for the sport of kings
With a plethora of celebrities and media heavyweights, the media launch for the Cell C Johannesburg Polo Classic was held at the Maslow Hotel.
The launch was a luxurious affair which acted as a precursor to the main event taking place at Waterfall Estate on 8 May. This event will host a mixture of top-class polo competition, high fashion and entertainment to exhibit South Africa’s lavish side.
The launch saw the who’s who attending with media mingling with the likes of Miss South Africa winner Ntandoyenkosi Kunene among others.
Former Miss South Africa Claudia Henkel said, “The event will showcase the sport of kings as it has never been seen before.”
Anina Malherbe-Lan, founder and CEO of Vivid Luxury which runs the polo event said, “It is not only about passion for sport but also displaying a passion for Africa.”
